The Al-Baidar Center for Studies and Planning held a special session entitled (Iraq in Light of the Current Regional and International Changes)

where the center hosted Mr. Sadiq Al-Rikabi in the presence of a group of researchers and concerned about the subject. Mr. Sadiq Al-Rikabi reviewed the nature of  the international situation and the changes of the regional scene especially after “7 October 2003” and the subsequent repercussions and developments in the countries of the region and Iraq, especially the political and security level and the importance of Iraq role at the current stage in maintaining its security and stability in of the light possible challenges that may occur The attendees expressed some opinions and ideas through questions and interventions in the context of the topic and aspects related to the Iraqi political, social, and security affairs the importance of dialogue and research on Iraq’s steps at this difficult stage, and everyone assumed responsibility for maintaining Iraq and protecting its security and stability to face various challenges.
